What is a Training Camp?
Training camps provide the benefits of having a trainer and personal attention in a group setting. This allows you to meet your goals and learn from an ACE certified professional and stay motivated with others like you. Use these opportunities to take your fitness to the next level and meet new friends along the way. Along with the workouts with the group and trainer, participants also receive both pre and post camp assessments of fitness to see improvements, hard copies of all of the workouts, and complimentary workouts to do on their own the rest of the week during the camp.
