Personal training is a one-on-one approach to overall health improvement. A personal fitness trainer helps you achieve your desired results by addressing your individual needs to formulate a plan of action designed to meet your goals. Our personal trainers are nationally certified and are dedicated to empowering you with the motivation and knowledge you need to stay fit for life.
ABOUT HEALTH COACHING
Our health coaches help you find a balance between daily activities, nutrition, and fitness. We will work with you to develop an optimal lifestyle plan that will enhance your health and compliment your fitness program. Lifestyle plans focus on nutrition, stress management, daily activity, and behavior modifications. Our coaches are nationally certified lifestyle and weight-management consultants that are dedicated to helping you develop healthier habits that work with your life.
The next Health Coach course will be offered in Spring 2014.
ABOUT OTHER TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
Specialty fitness are pre-registered fitness classes and group personal training programs that run in sessions, with pre-scheduled classes and limited enrollment. You will receive more personal attention allowing you to progress quicker and reach your goals faster.
