SPECIALTY FITNESS

Specialty fitness are pre-registered fitness classes and group personal training programs that run in sessions, with pre-scheduled classes and limited enrollment. You will receive personal attention allowing you to progress quicker and reach your goals faster. 

Whether you join our Astanga Yoga or Training Camps, you will enjoy working out with the same group of people throughout the session, building camaraderie and progressing your fitness level much quicker than possible in large group settings.
