Liv Anderson will be graduating in 2009 with degrees in History and Russian literature. She teaches yoga and powerflow. When she has (increasingly rare) free time, she likes to go for bike rides and do various needlecrafts.

As an avid runner and biker her classes will incorporate all her favorite drills to create a high intensity workout on and off the bike to get those hearts pumping and gluts working! is super excited to be back in the saddle to teach her second year of spinology! She is a 5th year grad student in Molecular and Environmental Toxicology and although she really enjoys her research, she loves spending some out-of-lab time on the bike (both spin and road). Variety is a key factor in her roadie-inspired workouts, where she’ll use hills, sprints, surges and other combinations of drills with the goal of increasing strength and endurance. Get ready for a fun ride and a great work out!

I'm in the final months of my PhD in atmospheric sciences, specializing in remote sensing and modeling of clouds. I teach spinology. When the roads are clean(ish) I love biking, especially moderately long, hilly, non-competitive rides with friends. In last year's Horribly Hilly ride I was Team Fortran, which pretty much describes my riding style!
